RPT Realty was looking for a focal point to highlight the entrance of their exiting development along Harmony road in Fort Collins, Colorado. They wanted modern buildings with unique outdoor gathering spaces that could be used for retail, restaurants, brew pubs and the like. The red tower along with the custom designed LED art added to the building draws the eye in. Landscaping berms and greenery were added to provide a semi secluded experience that feels separated from the busy road beyond. Multiple materials and divisions of plains were used to give the rather tall buildings a more human scale.Size:
- 6,400 sf shell building
- 8,300 sf shell building
Scope:
- Two new ground up shell buildings with outdoor gathering locations and landscaping to be used for build to suit tenants.
