In an effort to revitalize the site of the former Buckingham Square Mall in Aurora, Colorado, Miller Weingarten Realty partnered with the municipality and Naos Design Group (then a satellite office of O’Brien & Associates) as lead architect to plan a mixed-use center containing gathering spaces within a retail village and multi-family residential spaces. The contemporary design would eventually host anchor tenants such as Target, Kohls, Dicks Sporting Goods and Sprouts Market along with a “main street” village for smaller restaurants and retailers.Size:

- 11 retail shell buildings and a site development plan for future pad sites.
